30 DAY SHRED RESULTS
ok so im kinda nervous about posting this as my before pic is horrendous (as they always are)
this is me from april to may, gone from 128 to 122 not a massive loss in pounds but iv lost quite a few inches!
clean eating, no junk and running a few times a week!

30 day shred - before and after!
I did Jillian Michael’s 30 day shred for 30 days, taking one or two days off to rest. I did not combine it with any other exercises because it included strength training and cardio. I ate healthy (even took a few days off!) and never denied myself food if I was hungry. I feel like I’m in the best shape of my life!
What could you do in 30 days the healthy way?This is one of the videos that motivated me to do the 30DS but I have taken too many days off from it and haven’t eaten healthy enough to complete it in 30 days =/ Going to continue with it until I am done and maybe start it over or do Jillian Michaels Ripped in 30 videos with limited days off
I’ve taken too many days off as well. I am going to get back to it so I can feel sexy in Italy in 44 days!
I’m going to check this out, and if it looks like it’s a safe way to help get me healthy then I just might do it =)
